Method

Step 1:Make the lemon twist garnish.

Step 2:Place the lemon juice and syrup in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake for 15 seconds until cold. Strain (link) the liquid into a champagne flute (link). (You can also pour these ingredients right into the flute (link) and then stir (link to cocktail stirring spoon), but the classic method is to use a cocktail shaker (link). If desired, shake up to 4 drinks at one time.)

Step 3:Top off the glass with some non-alcoholic prosecco. Garnish, serve and enjoy!
