HALLOWEEN CREATURE COOKIES
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Method:
1. Preheat the oven to 190°C
2. In a large bowl, beat the butter & golden caster sugar until pale & light. Then add the egg & beat in.
3. Now add the flour, baking powder & chocolate chips & beat until well combined.
4. Place 24 tablespoon dollops of the mixture on a tray lined with parchment paper & bake for 9 mins.
5. Once baked, allow to cool.
6. Add the red food colouring to the buttercream until you have a nice red colour.
7. Spoon the buttercream onto the bottom of the cookies.
8. Arrange the mini-Marshmallows around the edges & then sandwich them together.
9. Place 2 Large Marshmallows on top of the cookies.
10. Using a small amount of the icing as glue add a chocolate chip onto each large marshmallow to make eyes.
